From the beginning, we’ve been a family company. Over seventy years ago, Samuel Beznos, Sr. founded Beznos Realty Company in Detroit. Samuel's three sons, Harold, Jerry and Norman, worked beside their father in the family business. After Samuel's death in 1966, the brothers continued the business, building apartment homes and investing in various real estate ventures. The business continued to grow and see tremendous success as the brothers showed a knack for selecting excellent locations and creating developments that went on to win awards. The company’s reputation for exceptional management and customer service began to grow.
