As a service-based company, we focus internally on flattening the lines of command. We have an open-door policy that includes the offices of even the most senior partners. lt is not unusual for onsite team members to meet with the CEO if they have ideas on how we can improve.

We serve a broad population of 60,000 residents, and tend to think of our communities as small cities that we have the privilege of managing. Our teams are comprised of people who live and work in these communities, so it is only natural that our culture is inclusive and diverse. Beztak strives to give back to the cities our communities call home. We encourage our residents and team members to get involved and coordinate opportunities to make a difference such as school supply drives, cookie donations for first responders, Toys for Tots, and Adopt-a-Family, among others. We recently partnered with Friends of the Children Detroit, a sought-after foster care prevention and intervention program that serves the youth in, or at risk of, foster care.
