  • Consultation with owners/partners regarding their overall asset portfolios

  • Over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industries
  • Over 20 years of experience in running the "Family Office" and advising family members with respect to estate and succession planning
  • Year-end oversight of more than 250 tax returns, including Partnerships, S corporations, Trusts and individuals
  • Leader in evaluating risk and placing adequate insurance to minimize owner exposure
  • Direct oversight of internal audit function to ensure company standards are met


  • Juris Doctor, Wayne State University
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honor, Michigan Technological University
